Is It Good to Combine GHRH and GHRP?

09/21/2016

Every bodybuilder wants to have that all capable body that is well tanned and which is packed with muscles. In earlier years, you would achieve this by practicing and pumping the body with lots of steroids. Times are changing, while steroids still remain popular, peptides are slowly replacing them in the bodybuilding world. Peptides are preferred by a majority of bodybuilders because they appear naturally in the human body. In order to understand what GHRP and GHRH are, let's first take a look at a peptide and what makes it unique:

What are peptides and how do they work?

The human body is made up of cells. In these cells, there are plentiful of amino acids which make the functioning of not only the cells and body tissues possible but also of the whole body. As you know, amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. Peptides, on the other hand, are built by the coming together of a carboxyl group of an amino acid and an amine group of another amino acid. The monomer chain can be made up of only two amino acids or as many as 50.

What are GHRH and GHRP?

When you are growing up, your body was able to endure a lot of physical stress and pressure. This is because your body was able to release the necessary hormones suitable for repairing any cell damage that you might have encountered. The body normally has growth hormone which is in plenty and which ensures that any damage to any of your body cells or tissue gets worked on as fast as possible. As you grow older, the hormone which ignites the pituitary gland to release the growth hormone becomes less functional. It is for this reason that bodybuilders use peptide hormones to enhance injury repair.

Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) is a hormone that enhances the strength of the hormone pulse released by the pituitary gland. It is important to note that GHRH only increases the signal and does not ignite the sending of the signal. It makes the weakening pulse in the body of an adult to strengthen so that more peptides get released in the process. It is the Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide (GHRP) which is responsible for igniting the pituitary gland to release a pulse.

Can one use GHRH alongside GHRP?

The fact that the GHRP is responsible for the prompting of the pituitary gland to release a hormone pulse while the GHRH being responsible for the increasing of the pulse serves as evidence that the two can be used together. When you use the GHRP alone, you will get twice as much GH released in the body, unlike if you were to use the GHRH. However, when you combine the two hormones, your body will get as much as 12 times of peptides. This is definitely a big benefit for a bodybuilder who wants as much GH in their bodies as possible. This is to help in the repairing of ripped cells and tissues. Moreover, the burning up of stubborn fat becomes easy.
